we require a $50 non refundable deposit that will be taken of your total price (on all hire items) 

• Liability: Renter agrees to take full responsibility for the hire period, claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to Renter's use of the bounce house candyfloss & popcorn machines including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
  Renter acknowledges that bounce house/machine use involves inherent risks, and assumes all responsibility

wet weather policy - refund minus $50 booking fee  as long as the castle has not been used and is clean/dry 

all castles are suited to under 10’s
